Coaching for Causes

Coaching for Causes is a mission-driven platform that connects individuals with certified coaches across various fields, offering transformative coaching sessions while supporting meaningful causes. The initiative is grounded in two core principles: being of service and making a difference.

The Story Behind the Brand

Each May, Coaching for Causes brings together a network of certified coaches who donate their time to provide one-on-one coaching sessions. Clients, in turn, make a donation to a selected nonprofit cause, ensuring that 100% of the proceeds go directly to the organization. This model empowers clients to achieve personal growth while contributing to societal change.

When I joined the project, the foundational structure was in place. My role was to enhance brand clarity, refine visual presentation, and develop cohesive content strategies across digital platforms and campaigns.

Brand and Content Support

  • Voice and Tone: Professional, inspiring, and purpose-driven, reflecting the organization’s commitment to service and impact.

  • Visual Consistency: Designed branded graphics for use across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including signature post styles, coach quote variations, and campaign assets.

  • Messaging Strategy: Simplified the brand’s value proposition to emphasize the dual impact of personal development and charitable giving.

Content Creation

    • Developed social media content templates for a cohesive and clean aesthetic.

    • Crafted platform-wide messaging focused on clarity and engagement.

    • Designed and wrote content for featured campaigns, including adaptable posts for each coach.

    • Refined communication materials to clearly articulate the mission and donation process

Mission

Challenges and Solutions

  • Challenge: A complex model that needed simpler, clearer messaging for first-time visitors and potential clients.
    Solution: Developed messaging that walks the audience through the process in three simple steps — Book. Coach. Impact. — reinforced visually and through consistent copy.

  • Challenge: Coaches needed assets that felt branded but also personal.
    Solution: Created flexible templates and messaging coaches could personalize and reuse across their own platforms.

Results

The updated graphics and messaging created a unified presence across Coaching for Causes’ social platforms, with clear, consistent language that highlights the brand’s mission. Coaches now have branded assets that are easy to adapt and share, and future campaigns are set up for growth and scalability.
